2024 Photography Year In Review

2024 – In Review

A quiet year on the social media front.  Following on from last year and the radicalisation of Twitter, I’ve been taking it slow making my way back onto Socials.

I now have a presence on Bluesky (https://bsky.app/profile/shutterspot.bsky.social)  and Threads (https://www.threads.net/@shutterspotphoto).  I’ve been trying to get my Facebook Page to work again but Meta have completely detached it from my account so I’m no longer able to manage it (No idea when this will get resolved as they don’t have any support mechanism!).  Of these mediums I think I’m now most active on Bluesky, the community there is really thriving.   Threads is growing strongly too, but their random algorithm is very odd to work with.

On the photography front, I did manage to take a few decent shots this year that ended up in my Five star album in Lightroom.

Here are the highlights.
